- Provision of quality 2.5 and 3rd line and escalated BAU support for Windows Servers both physical and virtual
- Support and administration of Windows Servers and the VMware vSphere infrastructure
- Provide technical project skills and own IT projects for the enablement of new business units
- Support of Data Centre services
- 3rd line support incident and problem management
- Assist with 3rd line support and config of Office 365
- 3rd line support of Azure Cloud technologies and services.
- Networking Troubleshooting skills
- Windows server and VMware skills
- Strong knowledge of M365 O365 administration
- Worked in an ITIL environment
