NRL are currently recruiting a Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor for a permanent rolebased in Newcastle.

Our M&E client are seeking a proactive and experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of mechanical installations on a commercial building services project. You will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and driving project delivery to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Other job duties within this role will include but are not limited to:
  • Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and quality of work
  • Monitor progress against programme and report updates to senior management
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks
  • Ensure materials and equipment are available and correctly installed
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate where necessary
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, risk assessments, and method statements
