Supervisor / Site Manager - External Works / CivilsBurnopfield - Gateshead Full Time | Mon-FriWe are working with a successful civil engineering contractor on a new build development in Burnopfield, and are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager to lead the External Works package.Key Responsibilities:* Manage all aspects of external works on site* Plan daily tasks and allocate plant/machinery* Conduct daily site safe starts, maintain the site diary, and complete paperwork via iPad* Liaise with the Principal Contractor and coordinate site operations* Maintain high standards of health, safety, environment, and quality* Deliver toolbox talks and manage permitsRequirements:* Experience supervising civils and groundworks, ideally on new build developments* SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified* Strong planning, leadership, and communication skills* Confident using an iPad for digital paperworkThis is a freelance opportunity with an immediate start.
