About the Role - level 5 health and social care trainerAs a level 5 health and social care trainer, you’ll deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences to adult learners working towards Level 5 qualifications. Your role will combine teaching, mentoring, and assessing—ensuring learners are workplace-ready and fully supported in their development.
Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality, standard-aligned training sessions (both in-person and remotely)

Designing course content and resources that reflect up-to-date sector knowledge

Monitoring learner progress and providing tailored feedback and support

Supporting learners through their End Point Assessment journey

Promoting a positive, inclusive, and empowering learning environment
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for an experienced level 5 health and social care trainer with a genuine commitment to learner success. You’ll bring real-world care sector experience and a desire to pass on your knowledge in a meaningful way.
To be successful, you’ll need:

A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care

Teaching and assessing qualifications (PTLLS, AET, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)

Industry experience in health and social care (care home background preferred)
