Location: Newcastle (4 days/week onsite)
Salary: Circa £45,000 plus benefits and bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement streamlined recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage technology and CRMs to optimise talent acquisition workflows.
- Lead and mentor a small team of resourcers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and performance data to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment, either from an agency or in-house talent acquisition.
- Strong analytical mindset with a methodical approach to utilising technology and CRMs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, eager to take ownership and make a tangible impact.
