Responsibilities

  • Running your own caseload from cradle to grave.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
  • Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks associated with their cases or transactions.
  • Representing clients in negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Conducting legal research to stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Attending court proceedings, meetings, and consultations as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records of case files and correspondence in accordance with organisational standards.
