Customer Service Advisor, Newcastle (office based)
Salary up to 28,000 depending on experience
My client is well established manufacturing company with sites all across the UK. They've enjoyed some recent growth and as a result have an immediate requirement for an experienced customer service professional to join their small but incredibly busy team.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability of building and maintaining successful, long lasting customer relationships. You will work with a small team of advisors and deliver an excellent service to customers.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Key account management for a defined set of customers throughout the UK
- Responding to inbound calls and initiating outbound calls
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for all queries in your area
- Managing order books to ensure data is accurate
Criteria:
- Solid experience gained in a similar customer service role
- Positive, self starter
- A problem solver, pro - active
- Strong IT skills (MS Office and SAGE)
