Position: Internal Sales CoordinatorContract Type: PermanentSalary: Up to £28,000 per annum (based on experience)Working Pattern: Full TimeHours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch, ½ hour on Fridays)

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate quotes based on customer requirements.
  • Liaise with customers on project updates, lead times, and technical assistance.
  • Collaborate with the design team to price and quote projects effectively.
  • Code orders for seamless processing by operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing aftercare needs such as returns and tech support.
  • Work alongside our Sales team to ensure timely deliveries and meet lead times.
  • Conduct project take-offs, translating schematics into actionable quotes.

  • Proficiency in computer literacy and a working knowledge of relevant software tools.
