Waste HGV Driver - Newcastle

Waste & Recycling HGV Driver required to work on behalf of a local council in the Newcastle area.

I am looking for an experience and professional waste HGV driver to join their waste transport team. Working four day week Tue-Fri, 37 hours, possible overtime availavble at weekends.

Any applicant must be prepared to labour as this is a dual role. Applicant must have a valid CPC licence. Contract is rolling month by month.

The Driver will receive:

• 15 P/H (Paid weekly)

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Carry out waste good collections and drop off's across the Newcastle region.

I am really keen in speaking to anyone who has:

• A full, clean Category C+E licence (Or hold a category C licence and be prepared to work towards this). HGV License.
• A current digital tachograph card
• A CPC card and work within the driver`s hours and working time regulations
• The ability to undertake Manual Handling
