The Document Controller plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the documentation processes within this construction project. This position is responsible for ensuring that all documents are accurately recorded, stored, and maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that documentation is easily accessible and up to date.

Duties

  • Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Ensure all documents are reviewed, approved, and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Implement document control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate documentation practices are followed.
  • Train staff on document control processes and best practices.
  • Monitor document revisions and ensure that obsolete documents are removed from circulation.
