As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will:
- Lead hands-on nursing care on the floor.
- Supervise and support nursing staff.
- Liaise with families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure high standards of clinical care, including catheter, PEG feeds, and wound care.
- Work 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7am to 7pm.
