An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to join a well-established, reputable nursing home across the North East area. The home has a Good CQC rating, strong occupancy levels, and delivers high-quality nursing and dementia care.
We are seeking passionate leaders who can continue to drive standards of care and support dedicated teams in providing exceptional outcomes for residents.
About the Nursing Home Manager role and what's on offer:

What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:
- Ideally NMC Registered (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), but experienced non-nurse qualified Home Managers with proven nursing home leadership will also be considered
- Strong deputy managers looking for their first step into a Home Manager role are welcome to apply
- Proven track record of successfully managing within the nursing home sector
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of governance within elderly care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets, occupancy, and compliance effectively
