This is a pivotal role within the business, where you'll be responsible for designing and delivering tailored LV/HV electrical network and substation solutions, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the development of junior design engineers. You'll work closely with DNOs, IDNOs, and internal teams to deliver projects accurately, on time, and within budget, helping to maintain and enhance their reputation as a trusted multi-utility provider.

The Role:
- Electrical Design Engineer (LV/HV Networks)
- Design LV/HV electrical network solutions and earthing assessments for a range of developments.
- Obtain DNO/IDNO design approval for tailored designs, ensuring full technical compliance.
- Liaise with utility providers, equipment manufacturers, and DNOs/IDNOs.
- Mentor and support trainee/junior design engineers.
- Contribute to ongoing design strategies, ensuring standardisation across the team.

The Person:
- Engineering qualification (Degree/HND or equivalent).
- Incorporated Engineer status recognised by IET, or working towards.
- Experience designing LV/HV (11kV/33kV) electrical networks.
- Knowledge of substation and earthing design, equipment specifications, and G81 standards.
- Experience in WinDEBUT/VisNet and AutoCAD software.
- Understanding of DNO/IDNO construction requirements and NERS compliance.
