Are you an enthusiastic maintenance engineer with a solid electrical background? Our client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their vibrant team, including an Engineering Manager, Team Leader, and fellow Maintenance Engineers.
This role a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a forward-thinking environment where 90% of maintenance is planned. You'll be joining a genuinely friendly and supportive engineering team that value collaboration, structure, and a positive workplace culture at its core.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned maintenance across production departments to ensure machinery operates to OEM standards.
- Respond to occasional breakdowns with effective fault diagnosis and repair.
- Perform electrical fault finding, testing, and system repairs.
- Champion health, safety, and environmental standards in all tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor apprentices and support team development.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors and hydraulic systems.
- Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
- Adaptable team player with a proactive mindset.
