Join Our Client's Team as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer!

Are you an enthusiastic maintenance engineer with a solid electrical background? Our client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their vibrant team, including an Engineering Manager, Team Leader, and fellow Maintenance Engineers.

This role a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a forward-thinking environment where 90% of maintenance is planned. You'll be joining a genuinely friendly and supportive engineering team that value collaboration, structure, and a positive workplace culture at its core.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver planned maintenance across production departments to ensure machinery operates to OEM standards.
  • Respond to occasional breakdowns with effective fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Perform electrical fault finding, testing, and system repairs.
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental standards in all tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor apprentices and support team development.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors and hydraulic systems.
  • Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptable team player with a proactive mindset.
