We are looking for aBMSEngineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

TheBMS Engineer,will be responsible for:

  • Ensure the performance, reliability and efficiency of BMS systems across client sites, working with Trend, Tridium/Niagara and Distech
  • Deliver high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance(PPM) across multiple client sites
  • Diagnose, recommendand implement system improvement and remedial works
  • Carry outsurveys, proposals, and quotationsfor small works and upgrades.

  • Respond toreactive callouts, ensuring fast, professional resolution.

  • Gain hands-oncommissioning experiencewith Trend, Tridium, and Distech systems.

  • Collaborate with theRegional Operations Managerand the wider national BMS team.

To be successful for this BMS Engineer role you must have:

  • Experience withTrend Controlsand/orTridium/Niagara.

  • Ability to confidently modifyTrend 963 & IQVisionsoftware and schematics.

  • Strong proficiency withSETor other BMS engineering tools.

  • Experience withsystem integrationusing Modbus, MBus, and BACnet protocols.

  • Good knowledge ofHVAC plant and applications.

  • Electrically biased, with a solid understanding of IT networks and IP configuration.
