Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level PA support to senior legal professionals, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and supplier relationships
Manage administrative staff and support the wider team with workflow coordination
Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Proven experience as a Legal PA, Office Manager, or in a similar senior administrative role within a professional services environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
