Job Advert: Part Time Executive Assistant.
Are you a highly organised and motivated individual with a passion for supporting charitable endeavours? Our client is seeking a dedicated Part Time Executive Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a difference while enjoying flexible working hours!
Position Details:
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
- Working Pattern: Part Time (Approx. 15 - 20 hours per week)
- Salary: £26,650 - £28,000 pro rata, based on experience
- Location: Free onsite parking and hybrid remote working options available
What You'll Do:As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO, Company Secretary, and Head of Finance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with Trustees: Prepare Board papers and attend Board meetings, ensuring all minutes are accurately recorded.
- Document standardisation: Help standardise documents in line with organisational guidelines.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Management: Perform data entry on our accounting system and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including petty cash reconciliation.
- General Administration: Complete various administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.
Who You Are:To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a senior administrator or personal assistant.
- Proven ability to take minutes and provide board/committee support.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT, with experience in accounting software (Xero preferred).
- Basic bookkeeping skills.
- A friendly personality that enables you to work effectively with senior staff members and Trustees.
- A full, clean driving licence.
