About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Administrator who enjoys variety, thrives at the centre of multiple moving parts, and brings energy, organisation, and initiative to the role. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, supporting senior leadership, and juggling multiple responsibilities across admin, IT coordination, marketing support, and document control.
Supporting accounts by raising purchase orders, sales invoices, and managing finance data via Sage 200
Coordinating and maintaining the document management system (SharePoint)
Assisting with brand communications and digital presence, including social media updates and website liaison
Acting as the primary contact for day-to-day IT queries and liaising with external IT support
Managing company and private vehicle compliance (MOTs, services, tax, etc.)
Supporting the implementation and review of ISO and H&S systems
Providing administrative support to the Senior Management Team (SMT), including diary management, meeting preparation, minute-taking, and travel coordination
Proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of internal systems and procedures
Being a point of contact for staff, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and professionally
A self-starter who is adaptable, solutions-focused, and thrives under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skillswritten, verbal, and digital
Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally supporting senior teams
Tech-savvy and confident using MS Office, SharePoint, Sage (or similar platforms)
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
A team player who can also take initiative and work independently
A full UK driving licence is required
