I am working with a well established Housing Assocation based in Newcastle who are looking for a Finance Operations Coordinator to join them on a full time and permanent basis. You'll work alongside the Senior Finance Business Partner and will be responsible for a variety of financial administrative duties.

Description
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Supporting the team in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Processing invoices and managing accounts receivable/payable
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Performing financial analysis to assist decision-making
- Contributing to annual audit processes
- Maintaining organised financial records
- Collaborating effectively with the Accounting & Finance team
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- AAT qualification or working towards
- 18 months+ experience in a similar Finance role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload efficiently
- Experience of using accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential
Job Offer
Full time and permanent role + Paying £27149 + Hybrid working + 37 hours per week + Study support + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + other benefits
