I am working with a well established Housing Assocation based in Newcastle who are looking for a Finance Operations Coordinator to join them on a full time and permanent basis. You'll work alongside the Senior Finance Business Partner and will be responsible for a variety of financial administrative duties.

Description

  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Supporting the team in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Processing invoices and managing accounts receivable/payable
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Performing financial analysis to assist decision-making
  • Contributing to annual audit processes
  • Maintaining organised financial records
  • Collaborating effectively with the Accounting & Finance team

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • AAT qualification or working towards
  • 18 months+ experience in a similar Finance role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload efficiently
  • Experience of using accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential
