The OpportunityA unique opportunity has arisen to join a high-performing finance team within a complex, decentralised multinational organisation. This is a vital, challenging, and varied role offering exposure to senior stakeholders and international operations.The Role
  • Lead the preparation and review of the Group’s consolidated Annual Report
  • Be the key liaison for external auditors
  • Oversee statutory accounts for operating companies, ensuring compliance and timely filing
  • Provide technical accounting leadership under IFRS (e.g. IFRS 18 implementation)
  • Manage and develop a small team of finance professionals
  • Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and tools
  • Support monthly consolidated management accounts and Board reporting
  • Deliver technical training across UK and international finance teams
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A and other central teams
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects including acquisitions and restructurings
The Person

You are a technically strong, proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment. You bring:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • 3+ years post-qualified experience in group finance, audit, or technical reporting
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS and FRS101
  • Experience with complex consolidations and multinational structures
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with consolidation tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
