- Lead the preparation and review of the Group’s consolidated Annual Report
- Be the key liaison for external auditors
- Oversee statutory accounts for operating companies, ensuring compliance and timely filing
- Provide technical accounting leadership under IFRS (e.g. IFRS 18 implementation)
- Manage and develop a small team of finance professionals
- Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and tools
- Support monthly consolidated management accounts and Board reporting
- Deliver technical training across UK and international finance teams
- Collaborate closely with FP&A and other central teams
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects including acquisitions and restructurings
You are a technically strong, proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment. You bring:
- Qualified Accountant
- 3+ years post-qualified experience in group finance, audit, or technical reporting
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and FRS101
- Experience with complex consolidations and multinational structures
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with consolidation tools is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
