The position is for a Head of Finance on a 12-month contract with a day rate inside IR35.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a large regulated business and involves managing commercial business partners and transformation efforts.
The successful candidate will report to the CFO and be responsible for financial decision-making on strategic initiatives across the Group.
Key responsibilities include managing a small team, supporting Executive level stakeholders, and modeling strategic financial outcomes.
Candidates must be qualified accountants with significant experience in stakeholder management at the Executive level and the gravitas to report to the board.

Reporting to the CFO this role is a critical leadership role, responsible for financial drive, challenge and decision making on all strategic initiatives across the Group. In addition this role will:

Work on Corporate Finance Activity
Manage a small team of skilled finance partners supporting Executive level stakeholders.
Shape the Group and the evolving strategy
Support the CFO and wider Executive team
Financially model strategic outcomes, whilst exploring new income streams and cost optimisation.

The person

A qualified accountant
Minimum 5 years experience of working in a large regulated business
Gravitas to report to board
Significant experience of partnering and stakeholder management at Executive level.
