First Response Advisor - Portuguese Speaking?? Location: Newcastle?? Salary: £22,222 per annum?? Hours: Shifts between, Monday to Friday, 9am - 7pm (35 hours per week, 1-hour unpaid lunch)

We’re delighted to be working with a well-respected organisation in Newcastle that is seeking a Portuguese-speaking First Response Advisor to join their dedicated client services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service or client-facing experience — especially those with a legal background or aspirations to develop a career in the legal sector. As the first point of contact for new clients, you’ll need to demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service
  • Legal qualification or experience (advantageous, but not essential)
