You will be based at our client's site and on the road travelling around the Northeast to carry out tests, when on the road a company van is provided and if you are required to stay away from home then expenses will be paid. Responsibilities • Carrying out a range of NDT inspections including Phased Array and TOFD on different manufacturing and industrial sites.• Regular travel predominately around the Northeast and when required around other areas around the UK.• Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements as well as client requirements.• Interpret and evaluate test results• Conduct equipment inspections and calibrations.• Collect, collate and report with sketches the result of the examination.• Work to international standards ensuring they are continually met. • Present reports with detailed information and maintain all records.The Person• Previous NDT experience is required - for this role they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.• PCN Level 2 Phased Array and TOFD certs are essential.• Experience with IT systems is required to ensure that you can complete report writing. • Excellent communication and customer service skills.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
