You will be helping to develop the next generation of industry professionals while contributing to the continuous improvement of training standards.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in slinging and banksman and will hold the OPITO level 3 certification.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as a banksman, rigger, or crane operator to transition into a training role where you can make a real difference in people's careers and lives.

The role:

*Deliver training such as ECITB Appointed Person Moving Loads, GWO Slinger Signaller, LOLER Awareness, and OPITO Banksman Slinger Initial Training*Ensure all training aligns with accrediting body and company requirements*Support learners throughout the course and provide meaningful feedback*Maintain a high standard of delivery in line with this companies values of Innovation, Collaboration, and Excellence*Engage in continuous professional development and support colleagues as needed*Contribute to the development and improvement of course content*Promote and apply the highest standards in Health, Safety, and Environmental policies

The person:

*Hands-on background in rigging, slinging, banksman, crane operations or appointed person duties*OPITO Level 3 qualified (essential)*Passion for developing others and guiding professionals through industry-standard training*Strong communicator who can convey technical knowledge clearly*Organised and calm under pressure, with excellent time management skills*Based within a commutable distance of Newcastle
