The Role

As a Sales and Lettings Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales and lettings team, ensuring a smooth customer journey from enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register applicants and respond to enquiries via phone and email
  • Match applicants with suitable properties based on requirements
  • Ensure GDPR compliance in all communications
  • Send property details to prospective tenants and buyers
  • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and contact vendors
  • Book and occasionally attend property viewings
  • Create property floor plans and issue tenant notices
  • Negotiate offers for sales and lettings
  • Assist in producing legal tenancy paperwork and referencing
  • Manage proof of funds and solicitor details for agreed sales
  • Keep updated with operational updates and industry legislation
  • Provide weekly updates to landlords and vendors
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards

What you will need:

  • Ideally, a property background with experience in the lettings industry; however, this is not essential as full training will be given
