Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Encourage and motivate staff to reach daily goals, ensuring excellent guest and employee satisfaction.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
  • Coach staff to maintain high morale and lead the team towards achieving desired results.
  • Support and assist other team members, including Hostesses, Bartenders, Servers, and Cooks, when necessary.
  • Drive financial success through sales and profitability.
