Are you an experienced high-volume pub/branded restaurant manager with a passion for the hospitality industry? We are looking for a Pub General Manager to oversee a busy, successful Branded Pub/Kitchen at a large resort, commutable from Newcastle. Having enjoyed a fantastic first year of trading, the venue now requires an experienced leader to build on its success and drive it forward.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation, health and safety requirements, and legislation are always adhered to.
You will also lead on recruitment, attracting and retaining top talent, alongside coaching and developing your team. By creating a fun and positive environment, you will pass on your passion and enthusiasm so your team can deliver a great product to customers. You must be highly organised and customer-focused, with exceptional leadership skills. Sound judgment and the ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure are essential.
Experience working within a well-known volume high street, airport, or resort pub/restaurant would be an advantage, particularly with a turnover of up to £100k a week.
This is an amazing opportunity that offers a great package: a salary of up to £40,000 plus a £4,000 bonus, with private two-bedroom accommodation provided if required. Interviews are available immediately.
