Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders across the People and Culture function to shape and deliver reward and benefits strategies.

Play a key role in strategic discussions with senior leadership on the evolution of reward offerings.

Lead and manage a range of reward-related projects from concept through to implementation.

Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of employee experience through innovative and effective reward programmes.
Profile
Key Skills and Experience

Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing a broad range of employee benefits.

Strong project management skills, particularly in the context of salary review processes and benefits administration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior leaders.

Experience of using Workday is advantageous.

Familiarity with benefits systems.
