Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the People and Culture function to shape and deliver reward and benefits strategies.

  • Play a key role in strategic discussions with senior leadership on the evolution of reward offerings.

  • Lead and manage a range of reward-related projects from concept through to implementation.

  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of employee experience through innovative and effective reward programmes.

Profile

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing a broad range of employee benefits.

  • Strong project management skills, particularly in the context of salary review processes and benefits administration.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior leaders.

  • Experience of using Workday is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with benefits systems.
