This onsite role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Azure Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing effective IT support and will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our client's IT operations.Key Responsibilities- Experience Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Microsoft Based Workstations and Microsoft 365 Applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.- Assist in the training of staff on IT tools and applications.- Ensure effective documentation of processes and solutions.Core Skills Required- - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting.
