As the Principal Designer, you'll be a trusted advisor to clients, driving proactive design risk management and ensuring CDM regulations are seamlessly integrated throughout every stage of the project. What We're Looking For
Proven experience working as a Principal Designer within a consultancy environment
Strong understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015 and design risk management
NEBOSH, TechIOSH or IMaPS qualification preferred (or working towards)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
A proactive mindset and passion for improving design safety
