Building management systems (BMS) Engineer
Alecto Recruitment is working with one of the most successful and leading Building management systems companies in the UK.
A very reputable business who have been established for over 40 years.
As a Building Management System (BMS) support engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with service level agreement
- Carry out small repairs and remedial works
- Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
- Ideally you will be familiar with Trend & IQ Vision
- Experienced with any of the following systems: Tridium, Schneider, EcoStruxure
- HVAC Mechanical plant experience / understanding
- Knowledge and experience of protocols such as; KNX, BACnet, Modbus etc
- Ability to fault find and have proven diagnostic skills and ability to resolve technical issues
- Be required to work on a rota basis on-call
Salary / Benefits:
- 50,000 - 55,000
