This amazing international law firm is looking to recruit a 3years+ PQE Agricultural Solicitor to join its thriving team.
The team works closely with the wider Real Estate and Private Client teams, providing a broad range of commercial property advice for its rural property clients.
Responsibilities
- Providing advice on a wide array of landlord and tenant matters for agricultural, commercial and residential properties
- Facilitating the purchase and sale of sporting and agricultural estates
- Advising on land sales for development, including sales transactions, option agreements and promotion agreements
- Guiding clients through various green energy projects
- Advising lenders on loans to agricultural property owners
Experience with agricultural clients is preferred but not essential.
