Senior Construction Lawyer – Senior Associate or Partner Appointment Location: North East / Hybrid WorkingType: Partner or Senior Associate with Clear Partnership TrajectorySalary: Market Leading + Full Partnership PackageI’m working on a confidential basis with a leading commercial law firm in the North East, which is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Construction Lawyer, ideally at Partner level.This is a key strategic hire for a firm known for the quality of its client service, deep industry knowledge, and loyal client relationships. The construction and engineering sector is a priority area for the firm, with ongoing demand from a strong client base in both contentious and non-contentious matters.The Opportunity You will be joining an established team that is well-regarded for advising developers, contractors, funders, consultants, and public sector clients on a full spectrum of construction law issues. The role offers:

  • A client following is welcome but not essential—there is already work to step into, and your ability to strengthen and grow client relationships will be highly valued
