- Advising on day-to-day HR and employment law matters
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Handling Employment Tribunal claims (for both respondents and claimants)
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence and TUPE advice
- Delivering training and workshops to clients
