Are you a talented solicitor with a passion for real estate finance and development? I'm seeking a junior to mid-level Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality matters across property finance, development, and landlord and tenant work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising lenders and developers on property finance and development finance transactions.
  • Handling commercial and residential development matters, including site acquisitions and disposals.
  • Drafting and negotiating leases and managing landlord and tenant relationships.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless client service.

About You:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-4 years PQE (guideline only).
  • Experience in property finance and development work is essential.
  • Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
  • A proactive team player with a keen interest in real estate law.
