Real Estate/Commercial Property Solictor (4-6 years PQE) Newcastle upon Tyne

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate lawyer with approximately 4-6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its highly regarded and award-winning real estate team.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Commercial and residential development
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Property finance

What We're Looking For

This role is suited to a proactive and technically strong legal professional with a genuine interest in Real Estate law. The successful candidate will have experience handling a broad range of property transactions, including:

  • Development projects
  • Acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold interests
  • Commercial landlord and tenant matters
  • Property aspects of corporate transactions
  • Property finance

We value individuals who are self-starters, problem solvers, and collaborative team players. Strong communication and client management skills, commercial awareness, and an interest in business development are essential.

Location & Flexibility

The position is based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The firm also offers an agile working policy, allowing team members to work remotely 2-3 days per week, depending on business needs.
