  • Manage a varied caseload of residential transactions, including:
    • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • Buy to Let properties
    • New build homes and shared ownership
    • Help to Buy and Right to Buy schemes
    • Re-mortgages, mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Communicate effectively with clients at every stage of their journey
  • Play an active role in business development and client relationship building
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fee earning role within residential conveyancing
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer preferred—but we welcome applications from non-qualified professionals with relevant experience
  • Strong technical knowledge, including use of Land Registry Portal and lender portals
  • Commercial awareness and a client-first approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
