- Manage a varied caseload of residential transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Buy to Let properties
- New build homes and shared ownership
- Help to Buy and Right to Buy schemes
- Re-mortgages, mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Communicate effectively with clients at every stage of their journey
- Play an active role in business development and client relationship building
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fee earning role within residential conveyancing
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer preferred—but we welcome applications from non-qualified professionals with relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge, including use of Land Registry Portal and lender portals
- Commercial awareness and a client-first approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
