- Provide clear, compassionate, and comprehensive legal advice across a varied caseload of public and private children matters
- Represent clients in non-molestation and injunction applications
- Handle advocacy at all levels, from Magistrates to Circuit Courts
- Guide clients through PLO processes and social services meetings
- Work directly with clients, supporting them during often emotionally challenging circumstances
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the team’s marketing and business development
- Experience in children law, both public and private
- Confidence in independent caseload management
- A commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and high client service standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong advocacy skills and excellent written/oral communication
- Proficiency in case management systems and legal IT platforms
