- Opening new client files using the firm’s case management system
- Carrying out ID verification, anti-money laundering (AML) searches, and media checks
- Preparing and formatting legal documentation
- Handling financial tasks such as creating paying-in slips and raising payment requisitions
- Managing correspondence with clients and other law firms
- Previous experience in a legal administrative or secretarial role
- Excellent IT skills, including audio typing
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Confident communication and client service skills
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- A proactive approach to managing tasks in a fast-paced environment
