- Supporting clients with legal and administrative matters, including financial planning and lifestyle support
- Attending clients in hospitals, care homes, or at home
- Drafting court applications, letters, and documents in plain English
- Preparing annual reports for the Office of the Public Guardian
- Making regular payments and maintaining accurate financial records and forecasts
- Assisting with legal advice under supervision
- Instructing professionals to conduct assessments of capacity, care needs, or therapies
- Reviewing financial documentation relating to client investments
- Empathetic and professional, with experience supporting people in sensitive or distressing circumstances
- Highly organised, accurate, and able to manage a busy workload with confidence and care
- A team player who communicates clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
- Self-motivated with strong judgement and an understanding of when to seek support
- Previous experience as a paralegal in any legal discipline is desirable
- Experience in Court of Protection, Serious Injury, Neurotrauma, or Private Client work is an advantage but not essential—full training will be provided
