I'm looking to speak with a skilled and proactive Paralegal in Newcastle or the wider North East region who can demonstrate a high level of experience working on a broad range of property finance and development matters, supporting high-profile clients and complex transactions. My client is looking to recruit a Senior Paralegal for its growing and busy team based in the centre of Newcastle.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting property and development finance transactions
- Assisting with commercial and residential development work
- Managing landlord and tenant matters, including lease reviews and documentation
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience as a paralegal in real estate finance and development
- Strong understanding of property law and transactional processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator and team player
