Resource Coordinator—Administrator

Our leading facilities management client is seeking a resource coordinator-administrator to join the team and can work remotely; the position is based in Newcastle.

Work remotely from any location in the UK, although you will need to travel twice a year to Newcastle.

Overview:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 17:00PM

  • Contract Type: Temporary (3 months, with potential to extend)

  • Excellent working environment/team

Duties include:

  • Basic sifting of candidates/applications

  • Interview scheduling

  • Customer service and communication via email, phone and text.

  • Updating trackers and the recruitment system

  • Administrative support (full training provided)

  • Basic reporting—pulling data from systems

  • Supporting central functions and soft services within the soft services, domestic and security hub

Experience needed:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Comfortable using computer systems and navigating recruitment tools

  • Confident engaging with candidates and vendors via email and telephone

  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

  • Reliable, ethical, and proactive

  • Able to handle high volumes of work.

  • Eligibility to work in the UK

  • Must provide 2 professional references

  • Must have a DBS within the last 12 months.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination
  • Experience working in a high-paced administrative or customer service environment
