The Company.Nigel Wright is delighted to be supporting a large organisation, based in North Tyneside, on the appointment of an Interim Project Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis.The Opportunity.This opportunity, working within a busy team, will be to work on a specific project, where you will be involved in:
  • Preparing and executing project plans inline with the project timeline
  • Managing a number of stakeholder relationships both internally and externally including internationally based stakeholders
  • Preparing and managing regular communication including preparing individual letters and mailshots
  • Updating and maintaining records, including data processing duties
  • Managing and preparing for monthly meetings including preparing an agenda and distributing to all involved
  • Extensive data analysis 
  • Management of high level legal documentation
What you need to succeed.This role requires a highly experienced and proactive candidate who has previous experience managing and delivering projects.  You will be highly competent in using MS Excel and be experienced in data analysis and managing legal documents, you will have experience in managing and delivering project plans and a proactive approach to work.  You will be experienced in managing multiple stakeholders both internally and externally and be able to manage multiple workloads from data processing and data analysis to report writing and preparation.  As a highly organised individual, you will have a go-getting approach to your work and be flexible and adaptable to a busy and changing working environment. This is an interim opportunity expected to last around 5 months plus.
