You will be given training opportunities across Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Operations.This multi-million pound Engineering business supply high quality and specialist products to high profile sector like Medical and Pharmaceutical. This role is due to continued growth.This is a Monday - Friday days based role out of their large, purpose built and modern facility. You will be directly responsible for managing a team of approx. 100 operatives / support staff whilst implementing Lean, CI and Operational policies.
This role suits a Production Manager looking to work within a secure and successful business offering clear development and training.
The Role
- Leading, managing and developing your own team.
- Dealing with Operational, Lean Manufacturing and Production Improvement duties.
- Monday - Friday days (flexible working).
