We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of works on a large industrial unit in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of internal demolition works.
  • Coordination of overcladding activities.
  • Oversight of PV panel installation.
  • Supervision of minor interior works.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress.

Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS certification.
  • Valid First Aid qualification.
  • Proven experience managing industrial construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
