Job Title: Site Manager - Drilling & Piling
Location: Newcastle
Duration: 4 Weeks (Immediate Start)
About the Role
Linsco Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a project in Newcastle. This is a short-term role, expected to last 4 weeks, with an ASAP start date. The successful candidate will take charge of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee drilling and piling works on site.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site activities.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain site records, paperwork, and progress reports.
- Liaise with project teams to resolve issues and keep the programme on track.
- Requirements
- Proven experience managing sites with drilling and piling works.
- Valid SMSTS certification.
- CSCS card (Black/Gold) desirable.
- First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Available for an immediate start.
