About the Role
Linsco Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a project in Newcastle. This is a short-term role, expected to last 4 weeks, with an ASAP start date. The successful candidate will take charge of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee drilling and piling works on site.
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain site records, paperwork, and progress reports.
  • Liaise with project teams to resolve issues and keep the programme on track.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience managing sites with drilling and piling works.
  • Valid SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS card (Black/Gold) desirable.
  • First Aid certification preferred.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Available for an immediate start.
