We are looking for aBMS Service Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
TheBMS Service Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Ensure the performance, reliability and efficiency of BMS systems across client sites, working with Trend, Tridium/Niagara and Distech
- Deliver high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance(PPM) across multiple client sites
- Diagnose, recommendand implement system improvement and remedial works

Carry outsurveys, proposals, and quotationsfor small works and upgrades.

Respond toreactive callouts, ensuring fast, professional resolution.

Gain hands-oncommissioning experiencewith Trend, Tridium, and Distech systems.

Collaborate with theRegional Operations Managerand the wider national BMS team.
To be successful for this BMS Service Engineer role you must have:
-
3+ years' experience withTrend Controlsand/orTridium/Niagara.

Ability to confidently modifyTrend 963 & IQVisionsoftware and schematics.

Strong proficiency withSETor other BMS engineering tools.

Experience withsystem integrationusing Modbus, MBus, and BACnet protocols.

Good knowledge ofHVAC plant and applications.

Electrically biased, with a solid understanding of IT networks and IP configuration.
